He specialises in strategic planning and fostering strong client relationships. In his role, Elvin provides direct support and tailored advice to both the business and its clients, helping to drive growth and deliver long-term value.
Gordon Chen, Partner, Surveyor (MSc, RICS Registered Valuer)
RICS-qualified surveyor and registered valuer with a strong background in construction and development consultancy.
Experienced in carrying out Red Book-compliant valuations, inspection surveys, and feasibility appraisals for residential developments across London.
Having worked with both developers and high-end real estate agencies, Gordon brings an excellent understanding of market dynamics, investor needs, and client relationship management within the prime property sector.
Eileen Sun, Partner, Surveyor (MSc, AssocRICS)
Eileen is a RICS-qualified surveyor with over 10 years of experience in residential property and development. Drawing on her in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise, she specialises in home surveys, building pathology, and a broad range of acquisition & construction-related consultancy. Eileen provides clients with comprehensive support across the entire property lifecycle.

Chris is an Assistant Residential Surveyor at Panson with over 10 years of building and construction experience gained in Hong Kong. He has worked extensively across residential and public-sector developments, bringing a strong foundation in property inspections, building pathology, building regulation, and health & safety compliance.
Now based in the UK, Chris supports Panson’s residential surveying services with a meticulous approach and a strong commitment to quality and professional standards. He is fluent in Cantonese and is able to assist Cantonese-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
