In his role, Elvin provides direct support and tailored advice to both the business and its clients, helping to drive growth and deliver long-term value.
Gordon Chen, Director, Surveyor (MSc, AssocRICS)
Gordon is a RICS-qualified surveyor who brings extensive experience across the property sector. With a background working with developers and high-end real estate agencies, he has built strong connections within the industry. Gordon’s expertise covers property surveys, residential property/development appraisals, and now valuations, enabling him to provide clients with informed, practical guidance at early stage of their property journey.
Eileen Sun, Partner, Surveyor (MSc, AssocRICS)
Eileen is a RICS-qualified surveyor with over 10 years of experience in residential property and development. Drawing on her in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise, she specialises in home surveys, building pathology, and a broad range of acquisition & construction-related consultancy. Eileen provides clients with comprehensive support across the entire property lifecycle.
