In a significant milestone, Panson proudly announces its recent expansion, welcoming a team of seasoned surveyors on board. This strategic growth positions Panson as an integrated property developer and consultancy firm, offering clients comprehensive support for their housing projects. Headquartered in Lincoln, Panson now boasts offices in prominent locations such as London, Nottingham, and Oxford. This expansion underscores Panson's commitment to providing clients with a holistic and expert approach to property development and consulting services.

MEET THE TEAM
Elvin Pan, Founder (BSc)
With over 10 years’ experience in property investment and development, Elvin has established Panson’s unique business model - providing clients a complete property development package to maximise profits.
Specialising in strategies development and building strong relationships with clients, Elvin takes on the Client Representative role, to provide direct support and advice to clients with their projects. This has led to the quality delivery of various commercial and residential projects.
Eileen Sun, Partner (MSc)
Eileen has over 10 years’ experience in property development focusing on Acquisition, Design & Planning. Eileen understands clients’ needs and has developed robust strategies to support clients with their projects. This includes budget control and procurement advice. Eileen is proactive in finding solutions to tackle any hurdles the clients may have.
Eileen was awarded with distinction in MSc Quantity Surveying (QS) accredited by RICS. Her QS expertise and passion have equipped Panson with professional QS services, specialising in cost management and quality control.
Gordon Chen, Partner (MSc)
Gordon, a RICS qualified surveyor, brings a wealth of expertise to the field. Armed with a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, he navigates the built environment with a specialisation in construction project management, cost planning, tendering, and contract management.
Boasting extensive experience in the UK residential real estate sector, Gordon extends his services beyond to encompass property valuation, various levels of home buyer surveys, and tailored investment strategies for clients.
Vincent, Project Manager (BSc)
With over a decade of expertise in project planning and resource allocation, Vincent Lin possesses the requisite knowledge and adept management skills crucial for overseeing Panson's projects.
Demonstrating effective communication skills, Vincent engages seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms for project success. His organised project management approach not only facilitates efficient budgeting but also ensures optimal support for clients, making him an invaluable asset to the team.
