潘生地产 was founded in 2012 by two ambitious property graduates who were enthusiastic about Property Development. Over the past decade the team have tried and tested several different business models within the industry focusing on maximising client’s profits.
Panson is now proud to announce their recent expansion to welcome on board a group of experienced quantity surveyors. This expansion allows Panson to become an integrated property developer and development consultancy firm providing clients all that they’d need for their housing projects. Panson is now headquartering in Lincoln with offices in London, Nottingham and Oxford.

MEET THE TEAM
Elvin Pan, Founder (BSc)
With over 10 years’ experience in property investment and development, Elvin has established Panson’s unique business model - providing clients a complete property development package to maximise profits.
Specialising in strategies development and building strong relationships with clients, Elvin takes on the Client Representative role, to provide direct support and advice to clients with their projects. This has led to the quality delivery of various commercial and residential projects.
Russell Taylor, Partner (BSc)
With a strong background of working for large Plc companies, Russell is an experienced individual with over 20 years’ practise in the property sector. This extends from quantity surveying through to development disposal.
Specialising in Acquisition, Risk Management and Cost Planning, Russell has a proven track record of being able to deliver projects within time, quality and cost.
Based on his extensive development and project management experience, Russell offers an inclusive and comprehensive package to suit the clients core requirements.
Eileen Sun, Partner (MSc)
Eileen has over 10 years’ experience in property development focusing on Acquisition, Design & Planning. Eileen understands clients’ needs and has developed robust strategies to support clients with their projects. This includes budget control and procurement advice. Eileen is proactive in finding solutions to tackle any hurdles the clients may have.
Eileen was awarded with distinction in MSc Quantity Surveying (QS). Her QS expertise and passion have equipped Panson with professional QS services, specialising in cost management and quality control.
Lydia Wang, Client Relations Manager (BSc)
Specialising in property investment and financial advice, Lydia focuses on building clients’ property portfolio, utilising existing equity as well as maximising rental returns.
With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Lydia has extensive property investment knowledge and skills in property sourcing, marketing, deal negotiating strategy and client liaison.
